Sleep Deprivation: The Great American Myth
The Cancer Prevention Study II even showed that people with serious insomnia or who only get 3.5 hours of sleep per night, live longer than people who get more than 7.5 hours.
I will try to update this occasionally...or when my mind opens.

Reportedly, Leonardo da Vinci lived by that sleep. Something like one and a half hours every now and then, so he could continue his work and never have to sleep up to 8-10 hours.
We know that as a "power nap"
I had a friend who had one of those "eccentric megalomaniac" type personalities. He slept 2 hours a night and spend the rest of his time playing videogames.
He would beat a game, collect every item, unlock every secret and retain a memorized list of everything he went through. He, like myself, could remember in-depth details of storylines of stuff he'd only heard of in passing.
His doctor told him Napoleon's sleep cycle was much the same. Coincidence? I think not.
Also, Damphir is a great book series. I'm going to find a "vampyre" coven. Would you like to help me? I plan to dress in a cape and wide-brimmed-hat and bust in on them claiming to be a vampire hunter just to see if they run.
